How many clip-ins should I order?

We recommend purchasing a minimum of 2-3 bundles of clip-ins. Each bundle contains a set of 6-7 clip-ins. For fuller, more voluminous hair, ordering at least 2-3 bundles is ideal.

When reaching out to LBL, when can I expect a response?

Our goal is to respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. However, during high-volume times, it may take up to 72 hours. We appreciate your patience!

If I am a LBL international customer, do I have to pay customs?

Yes, international customers will need to pay any applicable customs duties. Estimated duties will be required at customs before your product can be delivered.

I have not received my LBL order confirmation, what should I do?

Please allow 3-8 business days from the date of your order for processing before contacting customer care. If you still have not received a confirmation, reach out to us, and we’ll assist you.

Can I change my LBL order once I’ve placed it?

Once your order is placed, you have 24 hours to make any changes by contacting customer care. After 24 hours, you’ll need to cancel your order and place a new one. Rest assured, you’ll receive a full refund if canceled.

How long does it take to process orders?

Order processing typically takes 3-8 business days. For more detailed information, refer to our Shipping Policy also available at the bottom of each page. This policy covers both domestic and international shipping.

How many Bundles would I need?

For non-blending hairstyles, we recommend 3-4 bundles with a closure or frontal. If you’re blending your natural hair, 3 bundles should suffice for a natural, seamless look.

What methods dose LBL used for shipping?

All orders are shipped via USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

How do I get featured on LBL IG?

We love to feature our clients on our Instagram! After purchasing, post a beautiful photo of your new look on Instagram and tag us, or email your photo to us. Make sure the photo is at least 1500 pixels in quality. Our IG team will review your submission, and if selected, you’ll be featured!

How to Become an LBL Ambassador?

At LBL, our ambassadors play a key role in our community! To become an ambassador, you must have an active public social media account with at least 8k followers. As an ambassador, you’ll promote our premium LBL products, including hair units, bundles, clip-ins, frontals, closures, and all other hair extensions.
